Branding for a a new independent and high quality news website will be launching in early 2017.
Tim Murphy, the former editor and editor-in-chief of the New Zealand Herald will be co-editor, alongside former MediaWorks head of news Mark Jennings.
Our brand mark for Newsroom reflects the new site’s ambition to be contemporary, calm and sophisticated in its selection and treatment of the news.
The challenge was to position the brand strategically within a crowded marketplace - it was also important to create a distinctive brandmark for digital application.
