New urban energy –
on the fringe
An identity and environmental signage for a development by Neil Properties Ltd. A new mixed-use urban development in the vibrant and rapidly-changing fringe area of Grafton, Auckland. Name generation and a visual identity programme we created to market and promote the development. The identity needed to encompass a new concept of the commercial, retail, lifestyle and ultimately, residential dwellings Ð coming together around a pedestrian-friendly street as found in many European cities. The brand works not only for promotional and marketing material but also to form a signage and wayfinding system to give it a sense of place.
