Sovereign House
A new home at Smales FarmAn analogy for Sovereign House is the village – the village is a place that relies on a community flourishing in public and private realms, to create a sense of ‘place’ or ownership for the residents. This landmark building was created as a new concept in commercial buildings and was designed from the inside/out by a talented team of architects and builders. Sanders Design was privileged to be part of the team and provided the design forthe signage and way-finding elements &ndash of which the ‘LOFT’ logo was created for the meeting room located on the top floor.
