A new Townscape

Searching for new horizons

A new brand and visual look for Townscape Property Group which was looking to lift its presentation and build on its existing logo. A ‘T’ graphic was introduced into the symbol along with a more interior-based colour palette which, when combined with the new wordmark and positioning statement, creates a simple, fresh and solid brand signature. The new symbol provided us with a strong device on which to develop the visual look and this has been implemented over web and print–based material. Townscape has had a 100% success rate with its latest submissions.
